Customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply to shipments sent outside the European Union. OCEAN TRADING EUROPE, S.L. will not be responsible for payment of any fees related to customs including any In Bond or storage fees. These charges (if applicable) will be your responsibility.
 
How can I see the prices?

Who can register?
Only the registration of Dental and Medical Professionals will be validated.
 
How can I register?
Firs users should click on “I want to register in Ocean Trading Europe, S.L.” at the header of our website or follow this link to access the registration form: http://www.oceantradingeurope.com/registro/lang-en
 
Once our Sales Department had validated your register you will be provided access to client-only areas of our website where your will see our International rates, current stocks, offers, be able to place your orders, etc.

Forgotten passwords can be reset directly from our website.
Click on “Remind” at the header of our website and enter the email address associated with your profile.

How do I change my data options?
Click on your user name (shown in red at the header of our webpage) and you will access you user area. From there you will be able to modify the details you need to change.

How can I place an order on the website?
It is very simple.
To begin with, “Sing in” with your user name and password.
Find the products you need and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon “Add to cart”
You can always check the content of your cart by clicking on the grey tab at the header of our webpage (the tab with the icon of a cart that indicates the units already in the cart). From here you can also change quantities or cancel items.  Click on “Complete payment” to go to the next steps:
1.     Shipping information
2.     Billing data
3.     Payment terms. Here please select: “As agreed upon” and if you have any remark, please write it down.
 
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming its reception. Our team will proceed preparing the order. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with the details and cost of your shipment. Once we had received your payment we will proceed with the shipping

In Europe we work with the transport company SEITRANS.
If you prefer to arrange the transport yourself, please, contact us, we are open to consider this option.
 
If an order cannot be delivered according supplied at the time of the order, or if the order is refused at the time of delivery, any shipping charges, and fees (if applicable) to return the order to SKS will be our responsibility.
 
Payment terms
Your first orders must be paid in advance to OCEAN TRADING EUROPE, S.L., afterwards, and in terms of established business relationship, we can negotiate payment terms.
 
Can I track the status of my order?
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email with the details. Afterwards we will prepare your order and we will inform you about the cost of the shipment.
As soon as we had received your payment (bank transfer) we will process with the shipment.
Once your order had been shipped we will send you an email confirming the shipment.
 
What is the expected delivery time?
As soon as we had received your payment we will process the shipment of your order.
Delivery time will also depend on your country, delivery address, customs, etc.

How do you calculate the shipping price?
The cost of a shipment can be affected by the space that it occupies.
It is what it is called the volumetric or dimensional weight.
The transport company will compare the volumetric or dimensional weight with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which one is greater. The higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
